The Money in the Bank match was once a staple of WrestleMania.
But in 2010, WWE officials made the decision to move the match to its own pay-per-view, and in 2011, there was no MITB bout at WrestleMania for the first time since its inception in 2005.
Although the Money in the Bank PPV in 2011 was one of the best ever, it looks like the MITB match is headed back home.

At last word, Money in the Bank is scheduled for WrestleMania 28 with the winner being able to challenge either the World Heavyweight Champion or the WWE Champion at any time.
